4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We offer replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
